What We Promise
- We promise delivering high-quality and satisfying mass spectrometry results. We won’t charge you if you are not satisfied with the results.
- We do our best to expedite the services. The turnaround is usually 1-5 business day.
- Our pricing is transparent and moderate without any hidden fees.
Our Service Policies
- After inquiry and confirmation, you may ship your samples to us.
- The turnaround time is usually 1-5 business days for all analyses except De Novo Antibody Sequencing which takes 5-10 business days. Large number (>50) of samples may take longer time.
- After analysis, customer will receive a report of the results as well as the quotation. Please note that the service is ‘for research use only’ (RUO).
- If you are satisfied with the results, please sign and send us the quotation. Then an invoice will be sent to you. You can pay for the services by check, credit card, wire transfer or ACH.
- If custom service or additional data interpretation/reporting is required, Biogenuity will provide a quote to the customer at a rate of $200 per half hour.
